When we founded Watchtower IT Solutions, we did so with a clear purpose: to serve the businesses that make up the backbone of our community. After years of running technology firms with clients across multiple states and countries, we chose to bring our focus home—to Seattle and the greater Puget Sound area.
We believe that small and mid-sized businesses in Washington deserve access to the same level of IT expertise that global enterprises rely on. Watchtower is led by founders Tony and Rebekka Sollars, a husband-and-wife team who bring together nearly 30 years of combined experience in IT, consulting, education, and business leadership. Before launching Watchtower, they owned and sold multiple IT firms, worked with Fortune 500 clients, and helped businesses across industries modernize their systems and secure their operations.
Their passion lies in helping small and mid-sized companies succeed by removing technological roadblocks, strengthening cybersecurity, and building scalable systems that support long-term growth.

Tony Sollars

Tony brings over 25 years of hands-on IT and executive experience to Watchtower IT Solutions. His career spans the full spectrum of the industry, from early startup work during the dot-com boom to leading enterprise-scale initiatives for Fortune 500 companies like PACCAR, Boeing, Microsoft, and Seattle Children’s.
With a background in computer science and a natural gift for systems thinking, Tony has built and sold multiple IT companies and served as a trusted advisor to businesses across industries. His expertise includes enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and strategic consulting for high-growth and compliance-driven organizations.
Whether working with a growing CPA firm or a multi-site manufacturing company, Tony partners with clients to reduce risk, streamline operations, and apply technology in ways that directly support business strategy.
Rebekka Sollars
Owner/Founder/Chief Experience Officer (CXO)

Rebekka’s background in psychology, education, and operations uniquely equips her to lead the people-focused side of Watchtower. As CXO, she oversees internal operations, client experience, and team culture, ensuring that Watchtower’s service is just as strong behind the scenes as it is in the field.
Before co-founding Watchtower, Rebekka served as a director in the nonprofit and education sectors, where she specialized in building high-functioning teams, scalable systems, and mission-driven service models. She brings that same expertise to Watchtower’s client relationships and internal processes.
Rebekka is the voice of empathy and clarity in a tech-heavy industry. She ensures that clients feel supported, team members stay aligned, and that service delivery remains smooth, responsive, and human.
